INGREDIENTS - please use organic ingredients

DIRECTIONS - slice melon(s) of choice in half. For cantaloupe and/or honeydew melon, remove seeds. Using a melon baller, scoop out melon balls. Add to a large pitcher. Fill with filtered water or spring water. Refrigerate several hours. Pour into individual serving glasses. Or glass bottles with tight fitting lids. Add 20 drops or about 2 droppers of liquid minerals to each glass or bottle. Garnish with fresh mint sprigs. Seal bottle tightly, if taking water to go. Makes a great sports drink for during or after a work-out. You can eat the melon balls. Or remove them from the finished spa water and freeze them. Then use them as ‘ice cubes’.
