INGREDIENTS – please use organic ingredients

- 2 – 10 oz. Packages Frozen Raspberries
- OR
- 2- 10 oz. Packages Frozen Strawberries
- 1T to 2T Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
- 1T to 2T Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
- 2T Raw Honey or Maple Syrup, or more to taste
- Coconut Water or Filter Water, as needed
DIRECTIONS
- In a blender, mix frozen raspberries, lime juice, sweetener of choice, and just enough coconut water or filtered water to make a thick puree. Add more or less, lime juice and sweetener, to taste. Optional – strain through a sieve over a bowl to remove raspberry seeds.
- Pour into stainless steel popsicle molds or BPA-free plastic popsicle molds. Filling each mold about two-thirds of the way full. Add sticks {skip if you are adding raspberry layer now}. Freeze for defined layers in your popsicles OR continue to next step before freezing {layers will be somewhat mixed together}.
- Rinse blender. Mix fresh or frozen mango chunks, lemon juice, and just enough coconut water or filter water to make a thick puree. Add more or less, lemon juice, to taste.
- Pour on top of raspberry layer. Add sticks. Freeze until solid. OR freeze raspberry layer first. Then pour into popsicle molds on top of frozen raspberry layer. Freeze until solid. This gives a more defined line between fruit layers.
- Release from mold and enjoy!
