Makes 2 Servings
- 6-8 Blood Oranges – juice only
- 1 lb. or 16 oz. pkg. Baby Spinach Leaves
- 1 Small Fennel Bulb + leaves
DIRECTIONS: juice oranges, pour into pitcher, place in refrigerator to chill. Run spinach leaves and ginger through a juicer. Add to pitcher. Chill until cold or serve over ice. Makes 2 servings.
