Juicing Kale Recipes! Delicious lemon drop taste. Quick to go breakfast. Easy low-calorie afternoon snack. Only 4 ingredients. Weight loss, detox, diet.

‘Low-Kale’ Juice

Makes 2 Servings

Ingredients

  • 1 Large Bunch Dinosaur Kale Leaves
  • 3 Green Apples – Granny Smith
  • 2 to 3 Lemons – fresh squeezed, juice only
  • 2” Knob Fresh Ginger

Directions – juice lemons, set aside. Run all other ingredients through juicer. Add lemon juice. Refrigerate until chilled. Or serve over ice.

You won’t even taste the kale. Delicious lemon-drop flavored juice. Low-calorie juice, a great to go breakfast. Also, nice as a between meal snack. Nice afternoon pick me up.

Two servings equals one meal. Substitute for one meal on a diet. Drink 2 hours apart. Kale juicing recipes are perfect for detox.  Fresh squeezed lemon juice adds Vitamin C. Fresh ginger aids digestion. Benefits of kale, listed below.
