‘Low-Kale’ Juice
Makes 2 Servings
Ingredients
- 1 Large Bunch Dinosaur Kale Leaves
- 3 Green Apples – Granny Smith
- 2 to 3 Lemons – fresh squeezed, juice only
- 2” Knob Fresh Ginger
Directions – juice lemons, set aside. Run all other ingredients through juicer. Add lemon juice. Refrigerate until chilled. Or serve over ice.
You won’t even taste the kale. Delicious lemon-drop flavored juice. Low-calorie juice, a great to go breakfast. Also, nice as a between meal snack. Nice afternoon pick me up.
