FRESH PRESSED JUICE RECIPES
SWEET-N-SOUR JUICE
INGREDIENTS
Makes 2 servings
- 1 Pineapple or 1 – 16 oz. Container Fresh Pineapple Pieces or 16 oz. Package Frozen, thawed
- 2-3 Large Purple Carrots or use Orange Carrots
- 1 Red Bell Pepper – remove seeds and membranes and discard, if you don’t want this spicy
- 2 Limes—fresh squeezed, juice only
- 1” Knob Fresh Ginger
- Optional—to make this extra spicy hot add ½ Chili Pepper
Directions: squeeze limes. Set aside. Run all other ingredients through juicer. Add lime juice. Chill until cold or serve over ice.
