High Vitamin C Juicing Recipes. Powerhouse C Punch packs an extra wallop of Vitamin C. Help prevent a cold. Soothes raw, sore throat, during or after cold.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1-10 oz. Package Frozen Strawberries or Raspberries
  • 2 Oranges or Tangelos OR 4 Tangerines, Mandarins, or Citrines, juiced
  • 1 Grapefruit, juiced
  • 1C Fresh or Frozen Peaches or Pineapple
  • Optional—1 Lime

 

DIRECTIONS—optional, using a citrus juicer. Juice citrus fruits. Or peel citrus. Cut away excess white membrane.  Then run through juicer. White membrane sometimes makes juice bitter. But contains Vitamin C. Optional, strain through a fine mesh strainer. To remove any leftover pulp.  Run strawberries and peaches through juicer. Optional, strain through a fine mesh strainer. To remove strawberry seeds. Mix with citrus juice.  Chill before serving or serve over ice.
