1Citrus Spritzer


1 Liter Sparkling Mineral Water

1 Lemon

1 Lime

1 of the following:  Mandarin Orange (Cutie), Tangelo, Tangerine, Orange

DIRECTIONS:  slice each piece of citrus fruit in half.  Juice one half of each of the citrus fruits and add to a pitcher.  Slice the remaining halves into thin slices and add to pitcher.  Pour sparkling mineral water into the pitcher, slowly then mix well.  Pour over individual glasses of ice, garnish with a slice of citrus fruit, and serve.
