Watermelon Popsicles No Sugar

Watermelon Popsicles No Sugar added, cool & refreshing all natural treat, low calorie & won’t blow your diet. Blend in fresh mint leaves for a tasty twist.

INGREDIENTS – please use organic ingredients

  • 3 cups Watermelon, diced
  • 1 Lemon, fresh squeezed
  • Optional – Coconut Water, as needed to help blend and sweeten the mixture or use Filtered Water
  • Optional – Fresh Mint or Thai Basil Sprig, for a refreshing twist blend in a sprig of fresh Mint or Thai Basil

DIRECTIONS – in a food processor or blender, mix watermelon and lemon juice until smooth. Add coconut water, as needed to help blend. Or use filtered water. Taste mixture. If it’s not sweet enough, add coconut water a little at a time, mixing well. Until mixture is sweet enough. You can also add a few 100% Liquid Stevia Drops or raw honey to sweeten the mixture to your taste. Pour or spoon mixture into stainless steel or BPA-free popsicle mold. Insert sticks. Freeze until solid. Release from mold and enjoy.
