Acai Berry Smoothie Bowl

Acai Berry Smoothie Bowl – super charge your morning with this yummy super food slam, loaded with antioxidants & healthy fats it tastes as good as it looks.

INGREDIENTS – please use organic ingredients

  • 1T 100% Almond Butter or other nut butter, like walnut, pecan, cashew, or hazelnut
  • 2t Freeze-dried Acai Powder, or use Maqui Berry Powder, *see note
  • 1/3C Full Fat Coconut Milk or Lite Coconut Milk or 0% Fat, Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1C Ice Cubes, more or less
  • 1 Handful Fresh Blueberries or any kind of fresh berries
  • 1T Chia Seeds
  • 1T Dried Goji Berries
  • 2T Sliced Almonds or Walnuts, chopped
  • Optional – drizzle with Raw Honey or Pure Maple Syrup, if you like it sweeter

*NOTE – frozen Acai Packets contain GMO soy lecithin

DIRECTIONS – add nut butter of choice, coconut milk or yogurt, and ice cubes to blender. Blend until thick and creamy. Pour into a bowl. Garnish with fresh blueberries or other berries, of choice, chia seeds, sliced almonds or chopped walnuts, and dried gogi berries. Enjoy!
